คุณสมบัติเบื้องต้นของผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการ Internship USA
1. มีอายุระหว่าง  20 – 34 ปีเท่านั่น
2. มี 2 กรณีที่ 1. สำหรับผู้ที่จบมาตรงกับสายงานที่ได้เลือก จะต้องมีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 1 ปี หรือกำลังเรียนจะจบชั้น ป. ที่ 4
กรณีที่ 2. สำหรับผู้ที่จบการศึกษาไม่ตรงกับสายงานที่ได้เลือก จะต้องมีประสบการณ์ในสายงานที่เลือกมามากกว่า 5 ปีเป็นอย่างน้อย
3. มีความสามารถทางภาษาอังกฤษในระดับที่ดีสามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อการสื่อสารในการทำงานได้เป็นอย่างดี โดยมีผลสอบ TOEFL 213 (CBT) หรือ 550 (PBT) / IELTS 5.5 / TOEIC 600 อย่างใดอย่างหนึ่ง
4. มีสุขภาพแข็งแรง มีอัธยาศัย และทัศนคติที่ดีในการทำงาน สามารถอยู่ในสภาพแวดล้อมที่เปลี่ยนแปลงได้ เป็นผู้มีความสนใจและต้องการเรียนรู้ระบบการทำงานในต่างประเทศ  เปิดกว้างรับความแตกต่าง และ สามารถเรียนรู้และปรับตัวอยู่ร่วมกับผู้อื่นและเรียนรู้ในวัฒนธรรมต่างประเทศได้
5. คุณสมบัติพิเศษ อื่นๆ จะขึ้นอยู่กับลักษณะสายงาน และ ประกาศนียบัตรต่างๆ ที่ผู้ประสงค์เข้าร่วมโครงการควรมี ซึ่งสามารถดูได้จากข้อมูล แบบละเอียดอีกครั้งใน ตารางงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง

โครงการ Internship Practical Training แบ่งเป็น 3 ประเภท สาขาที่ทาง Hi-Flyeducation Co.,Ltd. ให้บริการในการฝึกงาน
1. Premium Matching Option (จัดหาสถานที่ฝึกงานให้)
โดยผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการจะต้องจบการศึกษาสาขาใดสาขาหนึ่ง ในสายงานที่ต้องการฝึกงานดังต่อไปนี้
Hospitality , Culinary Arts, Business Management,  Commerce, Marketing, Accounting & Finance, Advertising, Media and Communications, Public Administration Law, Sciences, Mathematics, Architecture,IT/Web Development, Engineering & Industrial related areaลักษณะของวีซ่า Internship USA
2. Self-Arranged Option (ผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการจัดหาสถานที่ฝึกงานด้วยตนเอง)
ผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการจะต้องติดต่อกับนายจ้างโดยตรง งานที่สมัครควรเป็นสายงานที่ตรงกับสาขาที่ได้ศึกษามา หรือที่มีประสบการณ์การทำงานอย่างน้อย 5 ปี

โดยผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการ จะอยู่ในรูปแบบของนักศึกษาฝึกงานใช้ VISA ประเภท J-1 ค่าใช้จ่ายในการเข้าร่วมโครงการ

     รายละเอียดค่าใช้จ่ายในการเข้าร่วมโครงการมีดังนี้

*อัตราดังกล่าวรวม :  Administrative fees, SEVIS, Medical Insurance, DS- 2019, Cancellation/ Visa denial, Job Offer
- ค่าธรรมเนียมในการออกเอกสารขออนุมัติการฝึกงาน (DS- 2019) จากสถาบันจัดหาสถานที่ฝึกงานให้กับนักศึกษาอย่างถูกต้องตามกฎหมายของประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกา
- ค่าธรรมเนียมการยื่นคำร้องขอ J-1 Visa จากสถานทูตอเมริกา  
- ค่า ระบบติดตามตัว SEVIS, 
- ค่า เตรียมตัวนัดหมายการสัมภาษณ์ VISA (PIN CODE),
- ซองจดหมาย EMS
- การจัดหาสถานที่เข้าร่วมโครงการและที่พัก, 
- การประกันสุขภาพและอุบัติเหตุ
- การติดต่อประสานงานกับบริษัทฯ ที่รับนักศึกษาเข้าเรียนรู้วิธีการปฏิบัติงานจริง รวมถึงค่าส่งเอกสารทางไปรษณีย์ระหว่างประเทศ
- การจัดปฐมนิเทศก่อนเดินทาง ให้ความรู้ด้านวัฒนธรรมและกฎระเบียบของโครงการที่จำเป็น

กฏและการชำระค่าโครงการ
ชำระครั้งที่ 1: เป็นค่าสมัครเข้าร่วมโครงการ และ ทดสอบภาษาอังกฤษ พร้อมทำการจัดส่ง Resume และ Letter of recommendation ไปยังที่ทำงานที่นักศึกษาสนใจเข้าร่วมโครงการ  จำนวนเงิน 500USD  หากมีการ ยกเลิกโครงการ จะไม่ได้รับส่วนนี้คืนไม่ว่ากรณีใดๆ

ค่าใช้จ่ายในการเข้าร่วมโครงการข้างต้นนี้ ยังไม่ได้รวม
1. ค่าตั๋วเครื่องบิน และค่าภาษีสนามบิน
2. ค่าใช้จ่ายส่วนตัว เช่น ค่าที่พัก ค่าอาหาร ค่าโทรศัพท์ เป็นต้น
3. ค่าเดินทางและท่องเที่ยวภายในประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกา

ชำระครั้งที่  2 : เป็นค่ายืนยันการเข้าร่วมโครงการหลังจากได้รับ ตำแหน่งงานที่รับเข้าที่ทำงาน เพื่อทำการออกเอกสารในการยืนขอ VISA เช่น DS-2019 ตามตารางการชำระครั้งที่ 2

ชำระครั้งที่ 3:  ชำระหลังจากได้รับเอกสาร DS-2019 เพื่อทำการเตรียมเอกสารเพื่อยืนขอขอ VISA ของประเทศ สหรัฐอเมริกา ไทย

Trainee & Internship USA รายละเอียดและเงื่อนไขการขอคืนค่าโครงการ (Refund Policy)
1. ในกรณีที่ผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการยกเลิกการเข้าร่วมโครงการก่อนเซ็นสัญญาในใบตอบรับเข้าทำงาน (Job Offer Form) ผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการสามารถขอคืนค่าโครงการ ค่าประกันสุขภาพและอุบัติเหตุได้โดยหักค่า Cancellation Fee 500 USD
2. ในกรณีที่ผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการยกเลิกหลังการได้รับ Job Offer เรียบร้อยแล้ว แต่ก่อนได้รับ DS 2019 ผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการสามารถขอคืนค่าโครงการ ค่าประกันสุขภาพและอุบัติเหตุ ได้โดยหักค่า Cancellation Fee 1,000 USD
3. ในกรณีที่ผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการยกเลิกหลังการได้รับ DS-2019 เรียบร้อยแล้ว แต่ก่อนได้รับ USA VISA ผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการสามารถขอคืนค่าโครงการ ค่าประกันสุขภาพและอุบัติเหตุ ได้โดยหักค่า Cancellation Fee 1,500 USD
4.  การอนุมัติ VISA ของทางสถานฑูตสหรัฐอเมริกาประจำประเทศไทยเท่านั้น
4.1 หากผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการไม่ได้รับการอนุมัติวีซ่าจากทางสถานทูต สามารถขอรับค่าโครงการคืนได้ โดยหักค่าดำเนินการ 25,000 บาท
4.2 . ในกรณีที่ผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการได้รับอนุมัติวีซ่าจากทางสถานทูตแล้ว แต่ไม่สามารถเข้าร่วมโครงการได้ ทางHi- Flyeducation Co.,Ltd. ขอสงวนสิทธิในการคืนค่าใช้จ่ายทั้งหมด ยกเว้นเกิดเหตุฉุกเฉิน ผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการจะต้องนำหลักฐานมาแสดงต่อเจ้าหน้าที่ โดยเจ้าหน้าที่จะเป็นผู้พิจารณาการคืนค่าใช้จ่ายเป็นรายบุคคล
